AIBF CALGARY SCHEUDLES
Updated Refund Policy: If a band director has to cancel their ensemble participation in the Alberta International Band Festival (Calgary), they must send an email notification to info@aibfestival.ca on or before Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 at 6:00 PM indicating that they are withdrawing. A full refund will be processed minus a $50 administration fee.
An email will be sent back to confirm receipt and that your refund is being processed.
