Cheque Convenience Fee

To our valued community,

As part of our ongoing efforts to manage costs and streamline operations, we are implementing a $35 convenience fee for any payments made by cheque.

This fee helps offset the administrative expenses related to handling cheque payments, including manual tracking, bank processing, and reconciliation.

We continue to encourage digital payment methods where possible, which help us keep fees lower and operations more efficient.

FYI Cheques must be received by the Alberta International Band Festivals team before November 30,  annually for your registration to remain active. 

Registration payments not received by November 30, annually will result in your ensemble(s) being placed on the waitlist and not scheduled until payments have been confirmed received by the Alberta International Band Festivals team.
